I sound like a shill when I mention the 5D iii especially for the price it’s going for these days. But it’s still one of the best FF stills cameras one can buy especially with a healthy surplus of 2nd-hand EF glass on the market. And imho the most ergonomically palpable body that anyone can use one-handed, which was why I never got accustomed to Nikon in the first place.
If you own a 5d iii/iv and have yet to discover registered AF points, I highly recommend this article. Then the camera will be as fast as your reflexes.
