>Arrived there with a contract signed at an agreed amount for stipend-turns out I'm not receiving even half of that, and that's after 2 months of fighting them. Can barely cover commuting expenses
>No defined role as expected but 90% duties/tasks are not related to film/TV
>Erratic and temperate bosses who dont offer clear information for whichever task they task you to
>don't call me by name and once when a client arrived when I told them my name get pissy as to why I act as if they don't know it (?)
>Some days have nothing to do and when request to learn certain software get sent on errands
>Some days I'm a construction worker some other days I'm dropping off the bosses kid at her boyfriend and picking her up afterwards or doing house groceries
.>Production days, shuffle and help every department which is getting paid handsomely end up getting blamed after freelancers leave for any mistakes
>Boss lost a set of equipment in another city on the week I arrived and asks me why its lost
>when I get chance to shoot with them heir literally faulty camcorder has focus/lens issues which I've informed them of multiple times and has been to repairs those times got blamed again for soft footage which an external freelancer also made them aware of
