My T2i have served me well for for the past 6 years, but now I'm considering to upgrade the body, potentially to full frame or a different brand. I'd rather not spend more than 3 grand, though I'll consider it if something fits my needs well. I have the following lenses:
1) Canon 18-55mm f/4.5 EF-S

5) Canon 24-105mm f/4.0 EF
I only take pictures and I generally find myself shooting under indoor low-light conditions without flash. I'll probably also get a nice telephoto lens next year like the 70-200mm f/2.8 for a friend's wedding. Lastly, I'd also prefer if it's reasonably sturdy as I occasionally shoot while drunk. Any suggestions?
