found an FD 80-200mm lens at a records store in perfect condition for 25 bucks. I had no idea there were specific "JCPENNY" branded lenses or that their photo studio used to be a big deal.
It hates being inside but takes ok pictures outside, I really like having the single wheel for both zoom and focus, wish it was better than f/3.9 but it does have a very unique look so I'll have to find more uses for it. Its mounted on an m50 mk2 so with the crop factor its really 128-320mm as shot.
One thing I don't understand is the manual lenses I have seem much less bright than the sigma or canon ef-m lenses with electronics in them. For the same aperture, speed and ISO the m50 just seems to perform horrible indoors with a fully manual lens and I assume I am doing something wrong. I'm not locking exposure with the * button accidentally so that isn't it.
