Not a bad lens. I used mine a lot on film, particularly with flash because small, hyperfocal, and easy.
The only 85mm I own is a Carl Zeiss 85mm F1.4 Planar ZK T*
It's nice, but being a cinema-style lens it's a little stiffer to focus than what I like, and to be honest I'd prefer to use my Pentax FA 100mm/2.8 macro, but mostly just becasue it's more versatile.
One thing I dislike about the zeiss is it's minimum focus distance is almost exactly the same distance as where you might want to shoot a portrait shot... so it could conceivably be called a design flaw if you like getting close for headshots.
I'd gladly sell you any of the above lenses. They are good, I just don't use them enough to warrant keeping them.
