The X-H2s is slightly better than the X-H1 in all cases. but if you are not a semi-pro videographer it's a waste of money. For stills only a camera that costs nearly a thousand dollars less is an actual upgrade. If you don't need that sharpness, you don't need to change systems. If you don't need the video, you don't need an X-H2-anything.
