>>4345520>oh no its snoy shills everything is a samefag canon has no problems its perfect you're holding it wrong!Stop making excuses and apologies for cannot pos r lmao. Is this the apple of photography?
Why would I, as someone who shoots street action for fun instead of a soulless underpaid intern doing rote sports snapping, pay for an r5ii when it cant handle high DR scenes without dropping back down to the tech level of an entry level nikon/sony? It's a joke of a camera. All this resolution, tech, and cost and the only extra thing it does is essentially run in micro four thirds mode for extra speed, now without sacrificing the precious bokehs or megapixels. Wow. Tech has improved so much.
You might also know "street action" as "journalism outside of controlled venues". The lighting and happenings are equally unpredictable. Since japan refuses to control highlight retention any better than they did in 2008, we still have to turn off preview and just shoot ISO invariantly.
My personal verdict on the EOS R5II: If you aren't paid to stand around at an NFL game, and your employer is not buying this camera for you, this camera is not for you, it's a stupid waste of money that only appeals to one specific person.
Common cannot L.
