M34 isnt going anywhere because it's a working man's utilitarian camera. A lot of pros use them because the bodies and lenses are lighter and cheaper and produce more than satisfactory images. Clients dont care about megapixels, they care about you getting the shot.
If you like to use full frame and its fun for you or something, great. But to insinuate that M34 is somehow not enough? M34 and APSC is more than adequate for 95% of people on this board. If you do a lot of low light, astrophotography, billboard and large poster ad work, sure, I can see how full frame or medium format would be justified, but normal people and normal clients don't need that much.
