What is the absolute cheapest option imaginable if I want a camera with manual aperture and shutter speed, other than buying used? Preferably also with replaceable lenses, but that's not a must.
I'd need to buy like 10, so buying used would not be an option (and also hard to deal with when it comes to paperwork for the expenses).
