But yeah, the OP photo basically suffers from the color scheme and the simple fact that, well, it's not really about anything.
Pic related has a ton of context behind it, and it's just incredibly powerful based on what is actually happening in the picture.
OP's picture just looks like some fat dudes in rubber suits walking up to some chick. Even when presented with the context...it's not really anything. A protester getting arrested for blocking a street.
In Tank Man he is stopping a row of tanks on their way to kill people..
In OP's pic she's just getting arrested so some riot cops can clear a road so people can go to work.
