It has taken me a few years to really come to appreciate all that it has to offer since the time I first purchased it at it's release to now. I shoot this alongside a 1DX2, and it sometimes pleasantly surprises me and occasionally will give me something the 1DX2 could not with respect to sports, wildlife and macrophotography.
It leaves much to be desired when it comes to landscape though. Not so good at processing colors in the sky as the 5D or 1D line.
Needless to say, I am very pleased with it and when this camera is paired with the best lenses, it can give you some of the best results. This camera has it's own specific job expertise within the family of canon cameras.
