I just use it from infinity to as much as 105mm extra extension on that macro bellows. I highly suggest you get a bellows or extension tube set for your lenses. Keep in mind that plastic extension tubes for AF lenses will have plastic mounts that crack off over time. They are cheap and you get what you pay for so get metal if you can afford it.
