>I started out with just binoculars in the early 90s.I started in the 80s with some old plastic film camera I don't even know the name of now. Though, I have nothing from then now. I find it is fun to fill in the boxes with something. I'll most likely never get a snipe, bob white or whip-poor-will as I've only ever seen them once back in the early 90s. Though, now that the stray cat menace has been almost entirely eradicated due to coyotes who moved to the area, more and more ground birds are showing up.
Now, that I have some glass with a bit better reach and better IQ than a mirror lens, I'm hoping to get more.
