Because anyone who’s actually compared something like an O-M1 to a Z6II in person would immediately realize how much more compact and ergonomically superior most MFT bodies are to FF cameras. On paper, a E-M1iii + 12-40 f2.8 is pretty close to the Z6 + 24-70 f4… until you actually start using them both and realize the FF kit is actually substantially larger and unwieldy compared to the MFT kit.
Just throw away opinions of people who don’t even take photos and probably talk shit about every system because they could only afford an ancient 6D and are just coping on the internet.
