>>4333344I reckon a plotter would actually do the job fairly well. They can print large format in a wide variety of materials, including canvas and thin cardboard. Some can actually cut it out as well.
You could even mass produce them in A1/A3 format for people to cut out and fold themselves. That way you'd raise enough funds to pay off the plotter and make your own 5:1 film boxes for free.
