I know this isn't related in any way to Photoshop and Graphic Design, but, i still wan't to ask.
I've been trying to do an effect like this in Sony Vegas 13, but i can't and i don't know how to do it, so i'm just gonna' ask for some help.
How do i stretch an image like this? I've been trying to do it in the 'Event Pan/Crop' thing but i can't do it.
