Autofocus, especially in low light, is noticeably bad, but in good light/with high contrast subjects it's fine. I don't use any of the computational photography features of my OM-5 and I don't crop much anyway, so the lower MP count doesn't matter; to me IQ looks comparable. Menu ergos are slightly worse than the OM-5 but no deal breakers. I've heard the battery door on these can have issues; I don't think OM will service this camera anymore but you can replace it yourself, or just tape it shut while in use.
