I hope to some day offer scanning services when I feel confident my scanner is in rock solid condition and my skills are up to snuff as well. It's been quite a lot of work so far to get results out of it, the potential is there but it needed quite a bit of maintainance. The behaviour of such a scanner is also simply way different to a CCD scanner.
Decided to test some more new light bulbs, also for the person who asked in the last thread, this is about what you can expect from 4000DPI scans on a drum scanner. I feel it's slightly out of focus which is likely my own error.
