I'm getting back into photography after a five year hiatus. I'm scanning something around 10 years worth of negatives I shot from highschool and beyond college (I won't be editing all of them, just saving them) and need advice on how to best edit the choice photos.
My setup - I'm building a small home server out of an old laptop to hold all of these and I'll be editing on a local machine using lightroom. I am scanning with a Plustek Opticfilm 8200i Ai at full resolution, one pass, multi-exposure, 64bit RGBi, No Color balance (will do in Post), RAW .tif image
Can we have a "scanned film editing" thread?
