I'm in the caribbean.
I'm going to get a business license ands as a start up, so I can get $30,00 USD funding, $15,000 of which I have to pay back.
Being a videographer covering events, creating interview videos, social media videos, commercials, and interviews, are popular/lucrative. They're all just different types of b-roll footage with audio. I had experience creating videos for social media at my old job using an a7sIII.
I'm a one man team, so I'm looking for a hybrid mirrorless camera that I can switch to photo mode real quick when covering an event, or so I can use it for taking event photography jobs on the side.
Key gear I'm looking at:
Camera: sony a7 iv + Tamaron 28-200 (also thinking about the sony FE 24-105, or 24-200)
Gimbal: DJI RS3
Monitor: FEELWORLD F7 Pro
Lights: Amaran 200x (should I get 2 or 3?)
Misc:
Ring grip
Cases
Light stands
Soft boxes
extra batteries
v mount battery
SD cards
DJI Air 3 Drone
IF IM MISSING ANY GEAR, LET ME KNOW OR RECOMMEND MORE!
Other questions:
Would a Sony FE 24-200, 24-1005, or the Tamron 28-200 be too heavy or unbalanced for the gimbal?
Should I go with the sony a7 iv or EOS r6 mkii? From what I can tell, the canon has more noise in low light? But the canon lenses are more expensive, and 3rd party lenses don't even work?
