Liminal spaces are supposed to be abandoned, so anything that shows a lack of maintance or human involvement such as missing lights, something broken but still functional, or even just dust and dirt that looks like it's from a lack of care but not to the point of being UrbEx is very good. A lot of America's shopping malls and big commerce buildings are this way so it's pretty easy to find.
