The footage was only a problem in my case because the camera doesn't offer any flatter profiles, the codec is very subpar and the noise starts to become a color-shifting problem around ISO 800.
I didn't buy the camera for video so I'm not complaining, just looking to expand.
After learning some more I'm definitely agreeing that RAW is kind of overkill.

I'm borrowing a GH6 at the moment to see what I think. Lots of options, bells and whistles that impress me coming from my super low budget.
I've wanted an S5 since forever but the codecs don't match what the sensor is capable of. If you want the quality you're paying for, your only choice is to use an external recorder and then you can only shoot RAW, which I don't always want to do.
SO the GH6 is really selling me on internal ProRes. I think it would make editing a lot funner.
I also think telephoto shots are some of the most interesting you can viably get in a no-budget film and those are much cheaper to achieve on M4/3.
So it's just these 2 things holding me back from FF.
But I do really like the IBIS as well.

I'm still on the fence about this. I think I'd still be fighting those on FF so..
