>>3847173I think that impression might come from the fact that some wide-crop images are done as an afterthought. I frame my pictures as shown in this photo with a little template I cut with some hard cardboards; when im using the view finders I uses the 6box :4box frame lines to imagine what a wide image might look like even the framelines isnt really there
