The graph looks like some huge difference, but look at Canon and Nikon matching up past ISO 800. We're talking about incredibly small differences, the only noticeable one is the Nikon one with the lower base ISO being really medium format like, but past that you're never going to see that half stop of DR. (Have you ever seen anyone crying about the lack of dynamic range on Nikons past ISO 800?)
All this just to say stop with the Canon sensors meme.
