>>3482475No problem, have fun. Infrared is great fun in small doses, although it gets tedious if you overdo it because the shooting process is very slow. With a wide aperture lens it's possible to skip a lot of the trouble though because the R72 filter lets a little bit of deep red light through and you can see through the finder if you let your eye to adjust for a second. With 400IR you can shoot at speeds like 1/60 and skip the tripod.
My protip is to use it for very long distance views because IR is much less affected by the atmosphere than visible light, so distant objects that appear hazy and blurry to the naked eye look clear and sharp in IR. This is why IR film was common for aerial photography.
