I'm an early /b/ird and late /p/riser, both with long intermediate breaks. First DSLR was a Canon D60 in 2005/2006, earlier I had (and didn't use) a Canon EOS 10 SLR, both gifted from my father.
My first shots were mostly party pics that I've lost setting up a raid. The camera equaled free tickets into parties and clubs. Shots were trashy but dark environments boosted my technical knowledge.
