there are some adapters with electronics within them to control the lenses, but then there's the issue of the focal point distance. pic related.
in older film bodies the flange distance is too large than making an adapter is impossible. you'd get focus issue on the infinity side, unless you add optics in it to correct it, which result in either lower image quality due to crap corrective optics, or a prohibitively expensive adapter that makes no financial sense to design and make.
really m8, older lenses are just fine. if you want a film camera, just get their native lenses and don't worry about it.
