Okay let me teach you something new today.
You can actually take F1,8 as a base, and multiply it by 2.
You then get F3,6, which is exactly 2 stops slower than F1,8.
You can even use F0,4 as a base.
When multiplied by 2, you get F0,8, thihc is 3 stops slower than F0,4.
