It's not possible to forecast demand like that and to assert that 90 percent of homes will have smart 4k tvs in just 10 years is patently absurd when not even 90% of households today have LCD tvs let alone 1080 capable tvs. (For those that will go look up the number, It's around 75%)
This is all not to mention the diminishing returns that exist when comparing 1080 to 4k footage at viewing distance.
