Just developed my first roll of BW film, feels good. I don't have a scanner or digital camera setup to scan it, is it worth investing in a setup or just have a lab scan it for me? Also I can reuse the fixer and stop bath after it's made, right? I got a bottle of rodinal for developer and the bottle states it should be tossed after each use, just want to confirm what to keep.
>>4200790>>4200853I have an A1 as my first film camera, I like it because it has a lot of features that you can take advantage of to make taking pictures easier, and manual modes for the learning curve. There's also a number of accessories you can get, and a huge range of lenses. Just make sure to check the light seals as the other anon said. These cameras also need the mirror mechanism lubed which isn't a huge issue but you may want to look into getting it CLA'd if that's the case since it indicates it is overdue for a service. Or don't listen to me since it's the only film camera I have and don't know any better.
