>>3905832the sky clipping doesn't necessarily mean that the image is overexposed. i'm not arguing that my photos are amazing or anything or saying that your opinion is invalid if you dislike the edits. but "overexposed" means the exposure was too bright and that just isn't actually the case. it's perfectly fine to have an image where the sky is clipped. not every image has to display the full dynamic range that was in the original capture.

>>3904562 with more sky detail. you'll see that you really weren't missing much. it was an overcast day and the sky was white-gray in color. in this case i wanted the images to have more contrast at the expense of highlight detail in the sky. like i said it just sounds like you don't like the edits which is a totally valid feeling for you to have. can you point to any specific images that are the worst offenders, i'm curious. is it just the sky that's bothering you?
