>>2698504Well, just about in every way... obvious resolution difference aside, the significantly higher DR and low noise make images look incredibly smooth, and you can comfortably go to ISO12,800.
On my 5D2, ISO3200 looks merely tolerable and shadows would turn a green hue if you lifted them up, but on the Pentax noise is always monochromatic, well-distributed, and shadows don't discolor when applying recovery at any ISO.
Meanwhile, shooting at ISO100, you can easily push +5 stops without any meaningful increase in shadow noise. As I've said before I haven't had the need to shoot an HDR as of yet.
