Here's a sculpture he made using Trinitite (basically, sand melted into glass by the first nuclear bomb test in New Mexico) and irradiated broken glass taken from the Fukushima exclusion zone.
It currently sits inside Fukushima, where he wryly notes that "the artwork will be viewable by the public when the Exclusion Zone opens again, anytime between 3 and 30,000 years from the present."
He's also the guy who collected a bunch of top secret military patches around 12 years ago. Just all around a really smart and meaningful working artist.
