Not gonna lie, I'm a social retard almost as much as I am a normal retard, so when I got to the store and told the guy I wanted something nice for photos and a bit of video work, he told me to go with the Canon 80d.
Everything sounded so nice about it and he showed me a few pics he took using his and they looked nice, but now that I am home and doing a bit more research I feel like I could have done a lot better going with an xt30 or g85 for what I am looking for.
I am probably gonna end up taking it back tomorrow to exchange for a different camera, just gonna bite the pillow on the $100 restocking fee, so my budget it about $1k, what are some good option?
