It's base sensor configuration that is optimised both for low light and regular light. a7sii sensor is out of depth here since it's base iso is only optimised for daylight shooting. Sensor size, iso extensions, and large pixels mean little, and it's shown when you film with gh5s and bmpc4k that run on much smaller sensors but have it.
I advise you to search the web on what dual native iso does, you'll realise your mistakes.
