Maybe give it even more light and process it the same way you did previously? I doubt anyone here has useful tips for something so niche. Have you asked your local lab for advice?
Picrel is 20 year expired fuji sensia 400, i wonder if the red spots here and the blue spotting on your image are caused by the same thing (background radiation and age?)
