>>4275299if you're gonna keep shooting bw, simply practice metering by eye. It's really not that hard at all, and in time you'll find your exposures are actually better because you mentally have an idea of the ambient light level and be able to set an exposure relative to the result you want a lot more fluidly than taking a reading and trying to work it out. You'll also find you shoot faster because usually you'll have your exposure set before you even start framing.
