composition wise, I'd either get lower to the ground, to create more depth, I get the sense you tried to make the sky a big part of the photo and I'm a fan of those types of landscape photos, but I feel that you'd need some more interesting clouds for it to really work.
You could for example have tried to use the rock down with the water or a bush or something as a subject to lead the viewer to the landscape, to create some more depth and purpose, here I'm not really sure where to look.
I took the liberty to make some edits in lightroom see how it would change with some color correction, and croping, if you'd taken a picture all the way down at water level you could have gotten some nice foreground texture that would have sandwiched the mountain between the water and the sky.
