>>4093810OP, that's a solid lens. Matches well with the standard 18-55 kit lens. It was my first extra lens I got for my T1a. What was great was the relatively short minimum focusing distance. I could get great sorta-macro shots with it. At 250mm, the focus was kinda soft and the sharpness overall isn't fantastic, but it's not bad, either. I picked up the 70-300mm IS lens for anything requiring a long lens. Far superior. Not cheap, but still cheaper than L-glass.
