How do I get better scans of my slide film? I shot my first roll of E100 and the some of the scans I got back from The Darkroom are a little disappointing, particularly the night shots. I can tell looking at the film itself that there's a lot of shadow detail that the scanner missed.
My current thought is to try to put together a good DSLR scanning rig and layer a few exposures to get the full range. Have any of y'all tried this approach?
