about 60-80% of my fuji shots are used sooc. i shoot raw+jpeg but might use the fuji raw converter (which uses the tethered body for jpeg processing) to try different film sims, or maybe +/- highlights/shadows/contrast etc. less is more.
i do have capture one but the output is subtlely different compared to the inbody jpeg engine. crops... rarely because i prefer to take a bunch of photos and choose the best one.
in my experience i have found the fuji is best for actively avoiding spending evenings editing things in post, since the sooc output is so pleasing. i can get technically superior photographs out of the z6, and the em5 takes me to places i wouldn't normally get to (cheap and weatherproof = idgaf about weather/bumps/scratches), but my photo prints, photobooks and most of my wall shots are majority from the xh1.
