I've got this Mamiya RB67 with a couple of lenses and two backs. I mostly just use it to take Polaroids because it's funny as fuck to use a 120mm portrait camera with remote flashes to take shifty Polaroids.
But when my dad was alive we would use it together, mostly black and white, messing with filters and exposures and then go the darkroom at the nearby community college and devolp the film.
It takes great pictures, and I think I still have some film for it so maybe I'll take a few shots for old times sake.
