One proxy we can use for "Actual photos I took" that discounts all of the times where I spent a while working a scene taking multiple similar images to try to find the best angle would be to just use flagged photos--that's what I use in Lightroom to mark a photo as worth going back and editing when I'm doing my curating stage. When we do that, I averaged a little bit over 35 photos per day in 2019.
That's undercounting them a bit, though, since I don't bother editing the majority of shots I take most regular days when I'm not shooting an event or a modeling session. So if I take 20 pretty unique pictures on a regular day and don't flag any of them, then take 160 on another day for a quick photoshoot and winnow that down to 20 keepers, that's the same number of "photographs" by your definition but only one of the days gets put in the count at all.
So to truly get the sort of count you're wanting, I'd have to go through all 852,988 raws in my lightroom catalog and evaluate each one, and ain't no one got time for that.
