Managed to find a zoom lens, still in its original box - still in its original factory wrap. For a moment, I thought it might even be unused - but some of the paint's worn so it's obviously been taken out at some stage. It flares like a soinking Titanic but it's actually parfocal still, has constant aperture and doesn't rattle or have any slop or tight-spots.
This will be my new convention setup.
Also bought a power winder and a 2x teleconverter.
Now if only I had something to shoot that wasn't Macro shots of garden flowers. Or a lab to develop it all in.
