I just got into astrophotography, I've been just learning and absorbing information for weeks, and finally got out to get my first image the other night.
I think the light pollution filter and stepdown ring I was using may have affected image quality since it seems to lose sharpness off to the right, but I've had non stop clouds since that night, so I haven't been able to do another test shot without it.
Nikon Z6II (unmodified)
70-200 f2.8S @200mm f4
59 90-Second light frames stacked in DSS with darks, bias, and flats.
Tracked with Star Adventurer 2i
Processed with SiriL and Photoshop.
I still need to learn some of the processing techniques, especially for stars. I see some fantastic nebula photos where they've reduced the stars significantly, and I want to get that sort of effect. Any CC is always appreciated!
