There is a really nice adapter that adapts internal and external bayonet lenses, but it is $$$.
There is a <$25 adapter that only adapts external bayonet lenses.
There is, picrel, which is an abomination made by some drunk Ukrainian on ebay, that can adapt internal and external bayonet lenses and it sells for like $85.
