>>3044445>mostly low end by today's standards.Untrue. I own an EF mount Canon 50 f/1.4 and the FD 50 f/1.4 is much sharper and better built. The 100mm f/2 is supposed to be one of the finest medium telephoto lenses ever constructed.
The only thing strictly worse about these lenses than modern ones are the coatings and that they aren't AF (which I generally don't need). I also adapt all these to my Sony E-mount for video.
