>>4024560This was the exact framing that I was thinking when I saw the photo. Such a framing (if focal length allows) would emphasize the the size difference between the two subjects. There's the whole feel of a low angle creating powerful/towering figure too.
>>4024583Go out and shoot. Look at shots that work and understand WHY they work. What lens was used - wide, long, stopped down or wide open? What light's were used - colour, direction, source(s)? What composition are they relying on - rule of thirds, centralised, radial, patterned? What is the photo communicating - motion, context, texture? Basically learn to understand why your photos look like shit.
