>>4223182i am not loyal to a sensor size. rather, i am hostile to the misapplication of one.
like wanting a full frame or APS-C "compact". that is always a travesty. the rx1, x100v, and ricoh gr are all garbage. or wanting a "professional grade" micro four thirds. that is idiotic. it can never be as good. or how about an affordable every day camera that is pro quality? yeah dude it's called shoot film. not available on digital. sorry.
these are things asked for, pursued by, and coped over by gearfags. they embody gearfaggotry. what if ___ but ___ then i will finally take photos because ____ will be accessible to me.
there should only be 4 cameras in existence. the faggot nerd camera, the normal person camera, the professional with a long nose and small penis camera (all digital), and the film camera, which looks like this, or it's a chinese knockoff. such a simple arrangement, like the one you would find in tools (every brand makes a 3/4 ratchet - they are all a 3/4 ratchet), is the nightmare of gearfags and accountants alike.
a camera company does not sell you a tool. it sells you a dream. in your terms. in their terms, they sell you disappointment, and they stand between you and rectifying that disappointment. spoilers: the next one is disappointment too.
