Well, damn. I'm not posting my "best" -- it's really hard to tell -- but I guess I'm posting something representative for each month.
>Tell us what you think your best and worst months were, and rate your year overall. January and february were terrible. I was depressed and not shooting. The worst photograph is still better than a photograph not taken. Didn't shoot in may and june, but I was happier, at least.
Best was august, I guess. I discovered an interest for nature that kept me going through tough times.
Dramas aside, this was a good year. Perhaps the best year I had in photography to this date. Hope 2020 is even better. Will give an 8/10.

Overall, it was a good year, anon. You've improved and matured.
You don't need to improve techncally, I think. You need to put more of your spirit in your photos.
